Saturday March 15th 2014 at 9:00 A.M. Neighborhood Emergency Communications Exercise

NOTICE
It is time again for our annual exercise to practice our neighborhood emergency communications exercise.

On Saturday March 15th 2014 at 9:00 A.M. we would like every home in the neighborhood to:
  1. ...display an emergency color card on their front door...
  2. ...neighborhood coordinators will come around the neighborhood at 9:00AM as though there is an emergency, and evaluate the needs...
  3. ...they will count the color cards on the front doors and report...
  4. ...if there is not a color card on the front door they will need to come to the door and knock to check.
The card color code is:

Green card  = all is well in this home

Yellow card  = there is an emergency need in this home, but it is not life threatening

Red card  = There is an emergency in this home and it is life threatening

If you have misplaced your color cards and need new ones, please let Barry McCann (801) 580-2000 know or your block coordinator.

Thanks for your cooperation. We hope we never need to actually use this process, but if we ever have an emergency we would like to be prepared.
